The Technical Domain Lead BSS-OSS-PSP m/w will have as main mission the management of transversal projects of integration, parameterisation, evolution and migration of billing, operating, invoicing and payment IT solutions (BSS / PSP / OSS) to support the business strategy and the roadmap of the Digital Factory, in particular around creation and development of offers and services based on smart and connected solutions & products (IoT) for residential home (Smart Home) and office (Smart Building).
Your Missions :
* Refers as skilled technical and functional expert toward a specific and concerned IT subsystem domain
* Refers as the internal knowledge reference for any technical or functional matter regarding the related IT subsystem domain
* Manages all the related software development and/or integration and settings projects
* Manages the related evolution and migration transversal projects & tasks
* Provides very detailed knowledge of the functional capabilities of the related IT subsystems and acts as technical and functional referent towards product owner and quality testing teams
* Guarantees the correct integration and parameterization
* Follows the defined architecture direction and the data model defined
* Implements the requirements issued by product owners in the agreed costs and delays
* Performs technical coordination with the underlying supplier(s)
* Responsible to write technical low level design specifications
* Prepares software development and/or configuration scripts
* Responsible for benchmarking, performance measurement, and root-cause analysis
* Determines re-use opportunities to more fully leverage existing capabilities
These solutions are integral parts of a broader ecosystem consisting of digital platforms (mobile app, CMS, SSO/CIAM, e-CRM/MA), and at the group level interconnected to others IT systems, ERP, CRM, PIM, BI and IoT platforms. Mostly in a cloud environment (SaaS / PaaS / IaaS).

Profil recherché
Niveau d'études souhaité : Bac + 5
Expérience souhaitée : 4 - 5 ans
Your Profile :
* Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or similar field
* 5 years of experience as a technical lead in digital area and international environment
* Good knowledge of best practices in software development lifecycle, scrum methodology and IT architecture
* At least one experience in BSS / OSS solutions, Cloud / Saas environment
* Good technical understanding of Digital nodes (SSO, Marketing automation, CRM, CMS, E-commerce solutions)
* A knowledge of the TM Forum's Enhanced Telecom Operations Map (eTOM) framework is a plus
* You speak and write English fluently
To succeed in your missions you are recognised for your leadership competencies, sense of customers and communication.
We are looking for strong analysis, synthesis skills and you're dynamic Temperament.
