Principal UX Designer

<div><p>&#183; Based on the market input, be the voice of the customers (servant leader) in the fast-paced agile process consisting of several autonomous product development teams. Ensure maximum customer value creation through groundbreaking user experience and visual design.</p><p>&#183; Influence product managers, software architects, developers and other disciplines to broaden and strengthen UX understanding and importance.</p><p>&#183; Translate business objectives and customer needs into exceptional user &amp; partner experience.</p><p>&#183; Responsible to all UX activities spanning the entire design and development process, from early requirements gathering to final fit-and-finish review.</p><p>&#183; Translate the business strategy to execution delivering innovate user experience designs, addressing customer and end-user needs.</p></div>

Expérience souhaitée : 7 - 10 ans

<div><p>&#183; Extensive experience working with usability and user-centered design in a software company.</p><p>&#183; Master education within human factors, psychology, design, or a related field (PHD preferred)</p><p>&#183; 8+ years of experience with UX research for software products or services, preferably with enterprise solutions and new product/service development, assessment, and launch.</p><p>&#183; A track record of strongly influencing product and service designs and directions based on end-user needs (an extensive portfolio is required containing both interaction design, as well as visual design examples).</p><p>&#183; Track recordi of designing end-to-end SaaS experiences using user-centered design and Agile UX methodologies.</p><p>&#183; Experience with and thorough understanding of fundamental usability methods like contextual inquiry, heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthrough, user surveys and usability tests</p><p>&#183; Experience with organizing and sharing end-user insights via customer models and persona descriptions</p><p>&#183; Experience using UX tools to craft concepting strategies and deliverable's.</p></div>
