Within the "Finance Process & Projects" department, we are looking for a talented Accounting Integration & Deployment Specialist to join our "Finance Integration & Deployments" team. The position is based in our global Headquarters on our campus in Vélizy.

The Integration & Deployments Team is in charge of supporting companies recently acquired by Dassault Systèmes Group to transition to the Group's financial processes and tools. This includes the integration of accounting data into Peoplesoft, and also the deployment of PeopleSoft modules.


What will your role be?

You will contribute to successful integration projects with the following missions:

For integration projects:
* Review and analyze accounting source information from the acquired entities
* Prepare data conversion files
* Conduct tests for data conversion
* Ensure execution of data conversion by working closely with our IT team,
* Communicate supporting information to Shared Services Center and ensure the hand-over plan and ad hoc trainings

For deployment projects :
* Prepare setup elements for ERP's finance modules (in accordance to local requirements depending on the country of the legal entities), and submit them to IT
* Complete end-to-end User Acceptance Tests
* Ensure successful launch in Production of the modules with internal clients: training, support


The challenges ahead

You will be a key player contributing to:
* Successful integration projects
* Deployment of PeopleSoft Finance modules
* Update of projects documentation and continuous improvement of Integration & Deployment processes

Niveau d'études souhaité : Bac + 5
Expérience souhaitée : 3 - 4 ans

Your key success factors

Master's degree in accounting
2 to 4 years' professional experience in at least one of the following areas in accounting :

* General accounting (journal entries, fixed assets, interco, tax,?)
* Procurement and supply management, expense report
* Billing and revenue recognition
* Accounts receivable
* Accounts payable
* Management of treasury and bank reconciliation

You are a highly organized person with strong analytical skills, able to identify root causes of problems.
You have excellent communication skills and are customer service focused.
You are attracted by finance systems (processes and #ERP), with ideally a first experience in #PeopleSoft or Oracle.
You are a team player, you participate actively in evaluating and generating alternative solutions and are capable of implementing quickly and effectively.
You are dynamic and demonstrate excellent adaptability to a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
You speak fluently both French and English.
