Poste à pourvoir
Main activity:
o HPC delivery project direction (French projects or projects in countries without project managers available)
o Manage delivery project from the contract sign-off to the hand-over to the support team according to the delivery process & Customer relationship
o Organize and moderate all necessary project meetings (weekly meetings, architecture review, kick-off,?)
o Setup the project team in collaboration with your management and manage your project team all project long.
o From the beginning to the end, manage the risks of your projects and inform your management about your risk management strategy
o Follow all expenses on your project and try to maximize the margin (or minimize unexpected costs); the production of all quality documents related to your project (infrastructure document, software checklist, SW issues log, HW issues log, architecture document, acceptance document?)
o Organize and follow the factory ordering and production, hardware and software installation and configuration, acceptance of the project, the hand-over to the support team
o Report on a weekly basis your projects progress to your manager
o HPC corporate project manager
o Manage the delivery project in collaboration with the country project manager
o Your responsibility : facilitate the factory ordering and follow rack production, propose and manage corporate human resources, follow corporate expenses, share corporate expertise (experience, template documents, ?), hardware and software installation follow up (depending on country HPC resources) , organize the acceptance of the project (depending on country HPC resources), manage risks of the project at the corporate level, organize the hand-over to the support team (depending on country HPC resources).
o Country project manager responsibility: customer relationship, hardware and software installation follow up (depending on country HPC resources), organize the acceptance of the project (depending on country HPC resources), manage the project risks at the country level, organize the hand-over to the support team (depending on country HPC resources).
o Report on a weekly basis your projects progress to your manager
o Country delivery entry point
o Facilitate the small and medium project deliveries of a specific country
o Follow all corporate expenses on these projects
o Help the country to manage risks
o Propose and manage corporate resources on these projects.

Profil recherché
Niveau d'études souhaité : Bac + 4
Expérience souhaitée : 4 - 5 ans
Hierarchy:
o The post belongs to the HPC delivery department which belongs to HPC operations services. This department is part of the BDS Big DATA GBL.
Working conditions:
o Travels : Project management activities often require to travel on-site.
o Obligation (Astreintes) : In some cases we may have to manage obligation. In that case, there is a financial compensation based on Atos obligation rules.
o Remote working: Atos allows his employees to remotely work from home under certain conditions.
