As part of a highly skilled international engineering team, you'll contribute directly to the evolution of a modern Digital Experience Platform (DXP) used by organizations across Europe and North America.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Design and develop core platform features and cloud services
- Contribute to the evolution of our cloud orchestration architecture
- Build scalable APIs using GraphQL and REST
- Drive technical design discussions and architectural decisions
- Improve platform reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Architecture teams
- Resolve complex production challenges in large-scale environments
- Influence the long-term technical roadmap of the platform
- Work with AI-powered development tools and contribute to AI-driven product initiatives

You are an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with talented teammates.
MUST_HAVE SKILLS
? 8+ years of experience in software engineering
? Strong expertise in Java and backend development
? Experience building and maintaining production-grade systems
? Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
? Experience with React or similar component-based frameworks
? Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments
? Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps culture
? Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
? Fluent professional English
NICE TO HAVE
? Experience with modular architectures (OSGi or similar)
? Open-source contributions
? Experience operating large-scale SaaS or PaaS platforms
? Knowledge of Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) or CMS ecosystems
