What You?ll Do:
* Identify areas for improvement in processes and their application.
* Consolidation of business processes and procedures (best practices, use of tools, performance indicators).
* Leading a community of players involved in the customer journey (from sales offer to payment collection).
* Managing identified changes (and monitoring their adoption) within the community (project management).

Profil recherché
Niveau d'études souhaité : Bac + 5
Expérience souhaitée : < 6 mois
What it Takes:
* Engineer training or equivalent (Bac + 4/5)
* First experience in business Environment or operations consultancy.
* Ability to adapt to organizational changes (flexibility and openness), taste for challenges.
* Methodical and structured mindset.
* Intellectual curiosity, analytical skills.
* Mastery of IT tools (Excel, PPT)
* English written and spoken fluently.
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Good attention to details.
What We?d Love:
* Experience of using LEAN SIX SIGMA and/or Agile methodology to continuously improve the business.
* Knowledge of operations environment: control, process in B2C & B2B market.
