Mission
Go Target Profile With end-to-end ownership of a given squad and/or product, the PO builds with key stakeholders the product storymap, manages the product backlog, updating priorities through captured local needs & feedbacks in order to create value as early as possible. They represent the "voice of stakeholders" and explain defined priorities to the
development team
Key Accountabilities
> Prioritization of actions and management of product backlog and budget
• Understand business needs based on captured business priorities /needs and convert it into user stories
• Assess required effort of each business need and prioritize actions to launch
• Maximize product value, managing and updating product backlog and roadmap
• Communicate product backlog & roadmap to its business counterparts • Manage product budget, secure effective reporting & finance management, if needed
> Animation of product roadmap and coordination of development team
• Explain business needs and product backlog to development team and ensure developed solutions are addressing
• Stakeholder engagement & focus on the "voice of
business needs
• Facilitate day-to-day interactions with squad anticipating risks and interdependencies
> Driving UAT activities and roll-out plan
• Drive UAT and release activities, define objectives and acceptance criteria for Epics
• Perform high-level fit-gap and change impact analysis in collaboration with Business Process Owner
• Define roll-out roadmap, build guidelines/templates to ensure product successful deployment & adoption
> Product performance and value realization
• Define products KPIs and monitor product performance to enable continuous enhancement of Epics/components
• Optimize the whole product development process including testing and delivery
Interactions
• Reporting to Product Portfolio Director or Product Manager or Service Management Director
• Key interactions with N-1 Global business process owner, squad team (inc. software engineers), Business Engagement Leads, Scrum Master, [Domain] Proximity team, Change Management Officer (Tech Office)
