* Post-sales responsibilities like user training, tool adoption, and usage optimization.
* Collaborating with sales teams to strategize for account growth.
Domain Expertise Utilization (30%)
* Developing internal resources like workflows, hosting webinars, writing white papers, and automating team processes.

* Lead Proof of Value for prospects.
* Onboard new clients and create automation playbooks.
* Develop comprehensive documentation and account plans with sales teams.
