The Technical Operation Unit continues to adapt its organization to address the new challenges and the internationalization of Worldline.
To support this fundamental evolution of our basic missions: Deliver End-to-end services for business unit, Design and deploy technical architectures and solution for production, Support business units and GBL with our technical expertise, Deliver tools used transversally in Worldline
The TO Operational Efficiency & Performance Security team is part of Worldline security organization. Main role of this team is to provide security expertise and support, define security standards, and perform vulnerability watch. In addition to that this team is a key stakeholder in certifciation processes (PCI , ISO 27001) and associated audits
Duties & responsibilities
Manages a security team , follows security projects .
Participate to Certification processes and audits
Participate to the Worldline Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Define, support and implement the security standards inside Technical Operation
Define technical standards and operational procedure to be applied according to AWL security policy and regulatory rules align with Technical Strategy, Innovation and Governance" Unit
Perform vulnerability watch and manage highly critical vulnerabilities
Supervise action related to Technical Operation security incident and report such incident to Worldline security
Drive technical study for solution and product in line with security technical strategy managed by "Technical Strategy, Innovation and Governance" Unit
Assist Technical Team in security implementation and for audits (internal and external) preparation including participation to audit when necessary.
Provide support in technical security expertise to Business Unit and when relevant to customer as a part of services delivered by TO
Manage security exceptions and mitigation
Support to security risks assessments
Support to pre-sales teams
Perform security awareness actions
Qualifications & requirements
. Graduate degree in informatics or in a cognate discipline or comparable proficiency
. 5 to 10 years of job experience, preferably in international context
. Conversational English
. Analytical skills, synthesis capabilities, pragmatic approach
. Good knowledge of information security
. Ability to work within a team and with technical expert
. Autonomy and good communication skills
