Inside one of the main reinsurance company, inside the IT department, under the authorityof the Responsible of Testing/ Support / Maintenance, the resource will works on the Single-Risk Underwriting Platforms for the "Specialty Insurance" division of IARD div.
The consultant will be in charge of :
o Participating to the Testingof UP new functionalities developments/maintenance
o Participating to the writingof Test books
o Participating in the Non Regression Tests for UP
o Participating in the supportfunction for UP
o Identitying and collecting requirements with end-users for UP development/maintenance
o Formalizing businessand functional requirements and following-up their correct understanding by the IT Team in the design of the tool,
o Defining functional test cases and organizing UAT with end-users
The consultant will be in charge of :
o Participating to the Testingof UP new functionalities developments/maintenance

Profil recherché
A minimum of 2-5years or experience as Business Analystin a consulting firm, and/orinsurance company. Knowledge of (re)insurance industry, of underwriting processes and/or tools with an international scope is a plus.
The experience has enabled him/herto acquire a good knowledgein IT project management and business processanalysis. Consultant have had successful experience in Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.
Candidate should demonstrate previous experience in large-scale projects built or in Testing, Support and Maintenance functions.
The role requiresfluent English skills(oral & written).The consultant must be open minded and used to working in a cross-cultural environment.
Softskills:
· Good writing /presenting skills and analytical mind/impact assessment
· Well organized, strengthof proposal, proactive, open-minded and good team spirit
· Autonomy: be able to carryout tasks in autonomy and collaborate with a worldwide team
· Multi-tasking: ability to multi-task, workingon more than one issue simultaneously
· Good understanding of Business and IT processes and willingness to constantly update knowledge Technical skills :
· Experience with Azure DevOps or TFS / user stories.
· SQL. Familiar with data models.
· Technical background.
· Agile method
· Test book
