Inside one of the main WW reinsurance player, Within the IT Functional pillar, the Finance Crew is operating the S/4 HANA system and its invoicing module.
The 2020 Finance law provides for the end of paper invoices from July 2024. Big companies must be able to issue and receive invoices in electronic format at that time: e-invoicing will be for B2B domestic invoices, and e-reporting for B2C and international B2B.
The mission consists in setting up the project framework for the above-described topic. Deliverables will enable to:
· Specify the scope of the project in terms of products, features, technology, ...
· Verify the alignment of the requirements with the company's strategy.
· Determine the reference macro planning including major steps, key dates, and project milestones.
· Identify all the topics and tools potentially impacted.
· Assess pros and cons of the solutions available on the market.
· Determine the baseline effort
· Define the necessary resources (stakeholders, solutions, etc.).
· Identify the risks and associated action plans. Define the indicators that will allow to measure the progress of the project and the achievement of the objectives

Profil recherché
· From 5 years' experience of PMO, the profile(s) we are looking for must be used to work in a cross-cultural environment
· The role requires a fluent English skill (oral & written).
· Confirmed expertise on SAP transactional solution S/4 HANA, especially its AP module, is mandatory.
· Understanding of Readsoft add in is required.
· Your way to work is characterized by the following features:

o good communication skills Understanding of the insurance or reinsurance industry is a plus
