Missions :
- Le Project Manager (PM) est responsable de la livraison de bout en bout des projets.
- Il est celui qui fait la synchronisation entre toutes les parties prenantes.
- Ses principaux objectifs sont de planifier et d'anticiper toutes les tâches et les étapes qui doivent être réalisées et suivies pour le bon déroulement du projet.
- Le PM soutient les processus tel que (Cyber Sec review, Project life cycle....).
- Le gestionnaire de projet est chargé de détecter et d'atténuer les obstacles, les problèmes, les risques et les changements.
- Donner de la visibilité en partageant un statut clair et synthétique.
- Mettre en évidence les sujets importants, les décisions à prendre ou les risques.
- Responsable de la livraison, le PM doit assurer la productivité en dirigeant l'activité de l'équipe.
