Within the Core Reinsurance which handles transversal IT activities, the Information Systems Department (ISD) is composed of 176 people, organized around in 3 entities: Management & Control, Functional, Technical. It ensures the smooth operation, security and evolution of the Group's information system. With regards to its internal customers, it plays a role of service provider, project partner and innovation leader.
IT Functional is the IT pillar in charge of Projects & Maintenance activities, with 3 business units-dedicated teams:
And Group Functions : COO, Finance & Risks
In addition to 2 transversal activities:
- FIT for the Functional Architecture, Innovation and Transversal Services Core Reinsurance which gather common tools & practices around Omega, Analytics/Business Intelligence
Within the Core Reinsurance which handles transversal IT activities, the mission would be to:
- Provide technical and coordination support to Omega and DIP applications
- Follow up on requirements/incidents/issues across the organization: service providers, production teams, functional teams, application users...
- Perform packaging and deployment of the applications
- Perform Quality controls of the deliveries: Sonar, Data model...
- Ensure consistency of the application from a technical perspective
- Control/monitoring of physical and application servers in non-production and production environments
- Develop and maintain deployment tools
- Prioritization, analysis of root causes and resolution of issues with a continuous improvement
- Organize regular meetings to monitor activities
- Keep an up-to-date documentation and knowledge base
- Report on his/her activities to IT Management on a regular basis and point out potential risks / raise potential alerts Develop and monitoring of tests automation/performance tests (is a plus)

- The candidate must be used to work in a cross-cultural environment
- The role requires fluent French and English skills (oral& written)

- Problem solving: strong skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, and find solutions to solve them independently in a timely manner
- Multi-tasking: ability to multi-task, working on more than one issue simultaneously
- Autonomy: be able to carry out tasks in autonomy
- Understanding of IT processes and willingness to constantly update knowledge
- Openminded and team spirit
- Project Management methodology: V, Agile
Technical skills:
- Operating Systems: Linux/Redhat
- Language: Java, Java J2EE, Angular, C, SQL
- SGBD: Sybase, DB2
- Build/deployment: Jenkins, Maven
- Repository: SVN/GIT
- Jbpm (is a plus)
