Key duties and responsibilities
The Proxy Product Owner support the roll-out process of the Partner Portal to the client Life business units, and the maintenance activities.
· Product's continuous enhancements and end user support activities:
o Acquire skills required to become a hELIOS Partner Portal expert
o Support Product Owner to manage Product backlog: gather requirements, write and prioritize User Stories
o Take part to tests/validation of new releases by creating test cases, organizing and facilitate UAT testing (User Acceptance Tests and Non Regression tests)
o Support test automation.
o Manage change Management activities: update documentation (e.g.: user guides), create and run trainings
o Manage the relationship with the IT Team during Sprints
o Establish and document appropriate methodologies, tools and processes to provide an efficient support to the Business.
o Provide level 1 support
o Animate the user community with Product Owner to contribute to the identification/assessment/documentation of new functionalities for Partner Portal by having a pro-active relationship with the users.
· Roll-Out activities:
o Take ownership of the Partner Portal roll-out.
o Plan with the markets and monitor the onboarding of their cedents.
o Identify and create SCOR and cedent users
o Take part to cedent meetings when relevant.

Profil recherché
Experience
· Product Owner/ Proxy Product Owner experience incl
. 5 years' experience, ideally on Life (re)insurance project / or Life (Re)Insurance operations
· Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English
· Experience with large IT projects in Financial Services · Demonstrated ability to work independently
· Demonstrated ability to act as both interface and facilitator with both Business Users and Technical Teams
· Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire knowledge of business & processes
· Demonstrated ability to have a production/operational role on a project
· Analytical mindset
· Team player oriented / Collaborative spirit
· Ability to adjust to varying or unexpected changing conditions and shifting priorities
· Customer focused and results oriented
