Our customer is one of the main WW reinsurance leader.
The IT services division & support is organized around 3 pillars:
- Functional (Projects & Maintenance),
- Technical (Infrastructure, Production, Commodities, & Support) and
- Management & Control.
The functional team is looking for a Scrum Master with an independant consutlant in order to :
· Act as a scrum master on an internal artificial intelligence project.
· Manage the delivery of the different user stories in relationship with the product owner (business representative) and the development team (front, back, data scientist).
· Manage the dependencies with other IT applications, both in terms of planning, rollout, and interfaces to build to integrate with the customer IS ecosystem.
· Responsible for the rollout of the different versions of the application, in respect with the planning.

Profil recherché
Required experience & skills :
o Certified Scrum Master
o 5+ years of experience as project manager
o Strong experience in integration with legacy IS, through different means (REST API, SOAP webservices, etc.)
o At least one strong record in Agile project delivery
o At least one relevant experience linked to an artificial intelligence project delivery
Soft Skills :
o Rigorous profile, strong commitment to deadlines
o Organization, capacity to provide clear visibility of project status, anticipate and raise alerts when needed
o Excellent relational skills, capacity to discuss with multiple stakeholders (business, production, developers, data scientists...) and manage expectations
o Curiosity, capacity to challenge requests from product owner
Technical context :
· Azure Devops + Jenkins
· React.js (front) + Python / Docker (back)
· REST API
· Integration with legacy systems (BDD direct connections, SOAP webservices)
Artificial intelligence (natural language processing)
