Business system analyst M/F

Hays Technology is looking for a Business Analyst. Our client is a financial company based in Luxembourg. As part of an internal team expansion, we are looking for various Business Analyst.Main tasks : - Analyze bank's existing IT systems and business processes- Review and analyze business requirements, create and examine the technical specifications- Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability- Work closely with development, QA, UI/UX teams and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction- Estimate, plan and coordinate development phases of projects- Manage project risks, issues and priorities in alignment with project owners and stakeholders

Qualifications & skills required :- A degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Math or similar- 5+ years IT/Business analyst or equivalent experience- Experience in working closely with users / clients to facilitate requirements capturing process- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills- Broad knowledge of software and development- Proven understanding of project management principles- SQL skills and experience in data analysis- Desirable to have working knowledge of UI prototyping tools, with a strong sense of user experience and user journey for any application design- Excellent communication skills in English- Banking domain knowledge - lifecycle of a trade- The ability to learn quickly- Good team spirit, 100% involved in the activity- Start-up spirit!Nice-to-Haves :- Knowledge of one of programming languages: C#, Java, Python- Communication - FrenchI am a consultant for Hays Technology, specialized in IT Project and Architecture in Luxembourg.
