As part of this, IDS (Information and Digital Services) teams are engaged to support the establishment, collection, aggregation and digital governance of ESG data and metrics associated to the objectives set by Enterprise leadership for this transition.


We seek an IDS Environmental & Social Governance (ESG) Business Analyst reporting directly to IDS HR & Corporate Domain Senior Manager to support ESG digitalization through a dedicated application portfolio, data management and Business Intelligence.


About the Role
Working on the global ESG roadmap, you will bring a functional and methodological expertise on all digital and IT systems related ESG topics,  handling coordination between the many actors involved worldwide from ESG & IDS teams and all disciplines contributing to ESG roadmap (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, HR, Quality, HSE, Real-Estate, Travel..)
As a Business Analyst, you will gather Business requirements attached to ESG digital services, you will assess and advise on tooling & implementation options supporting them and you will coordinate with ESG and Business teams throughout the delivery and operation of these components.
You will be one of the key ambassadors of ESG best practices, within IDS, promoting sustainability for IDS processes and infrastructures, assessing and supporting options to transition IT services to a low impact model. 



About the Job
IDS ESG Business Analyst role encompasses the following activities:
Represent IDS as a global point of contact to gather ESG digital requirements for new deliveries or evolutions
Provide guidance to Business partners on these requirements and drive assessment and solution design phases in line with IT standards and Cyber Security framework
Act as the global Delivery manager, maintaining a close relationship with the sponsors and Business requestors throughout these implementations.
Support Business adoption and education on ESG digitalized process, acting as a specialist and advisor on ESG data & solutions.
Drive Business Intelligence delivery on ESG data, modeling analytics dashboards on ESG leading indicators for different scopes and dimensions, hence supporting Enterprise ESG transition.
Support campaigns for ESG indicators collection and consolidation, objective settings and ESG scorecard publication for internal and external disclosure.  

Profil recherché

About You


Master's degree in Data, Engineering or Information Technology / Business School with IT/data oriented work experience.
7 years of experience in in IT organizations including 5+ years of experience on Business Intelligence and Data Management. Must have the ability to lead multiple initiatives with competing priorities worldwide. Experience working with senior-level staff.
Client Orientation and Analytical Thinking: Understands internal client needs and concerns; responds promptly and effectively; customizes services and products as appropriate. Ability to translate strategic and tactical business needs into tangible IT solutions. Analyzes issues and problems systematically, gathering broad and balanced input, drawing sound conclusions and translating them into timely decisions and actions.
Digital and Technology Literacy:  Demonstrates awareness of available technologies and the ability to use them effectively in the field of Data management, Business intelligence and Low code. Well versed in current technology platforms including Microsoft Office applications. 
Data or IT oriented experience with QHSES, Engineering, Construction, Procurement or Real Estate solutions, and/or work experience in Energies and Utilities field will be considered a plus.
Communication, Interpersonal Skills and Language: Excellent oral and written communication in English and French. Drives consensus and collaboration across many Disciplines and business units; practices active listening skills and absorbs and interprets others' points of view; generates enthusiasm.
