Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of four teams: People, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.
Role
- You are in charge of overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages- You analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions- You ensure IT Services delivers the best experience in relation to employees support, deployments, infrastructure, and day to day IT activities- You design, implement and ensure best practices and policies in regards to Data Privacy, security and infrastructure - You maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications - You track and maintain hardware and software inventory- You seek for constant improvement and automatisation of the current IT procedures.-- You propose and implement new tools and updates- You take care of Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks (such as preparing computers for new joiners, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, etc..) Tech environment

- You have a proven working experience in the position or relevant experience in a fast growing environment- You have a modern vision and approach of IT management (Cloud, SaaS, GSuite,...)- You have excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems- You have an hands-on experience with computer networks- You have excellent communication skills and can speak & write in English and French Benefits: competitive salary, lunch vouchers, healthcare, child day care, wellness activities, unlimited vacation policy, remote days.
