# Mission

We seek an exceptional Enterprise Salesperson that is eager to join us in what we are building to be a lifetime opportunity.

Your mission will be to sell our solution with your expertise in the Cybersecurity/IT industries and our client's business cases, identifying pains that Mindflow can help resolve and developing targeted compelling business value proposals.

We expect you to close complex deals, propel revenue growth, and provide top-class sales experience for our customers whilst creating long-term client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

# Objectives

- **Co-lead the SDR team** and work closely with Growth & Marketing to generate an outstanding pipeline.

- **Lead Gen:** Prospecting and qualifying new enterprise sales opportunities in France to exceed your sales targets.

- **Proposal Development:** Developing RFP and driving an RFP process as required engaging key stakeholders (internal and external).

- **Education:** Navigate key decision-makers to build awareness and educate customers within organizations on the value of Mindflow throughout the adoption cycle.

- **Collaboration:** Proactive coordination with teammates (Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers.

- **Customer Presentations:** Communicate effectively, articulate value, formalize commitment, resolve issues, and facilitate change. Able to tailor Mindflow proposition to the business context. Prioritize stakeholders' needs, span boundaries and define and position the solution.

- **Sales Negotiation:** Seasoned customer negotiation skills in closing complex business cases, achieving top-class results. Demonstrate core skills in handling customer objections, overcoming challenges, and navigating enterprise organizations to achieve positive results.

- **Sales Ops:** Sales forecasting, pipeline projection, and use/update of CRM tools. Demonstrate strong skills and experience in building and managing an effective account plan.

- **Sales Success:** Coordinate, plan, and facilitate customer onboarding with your CS teammates, Use data to benchmark sales performance and adapt the strategy.

Profil recherché

# **What Makes You a Great Fit**

- Ideally based in France

- French & English professional working proficiency required

- Bachelors/Master's Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business field preferred

- 5+ years experience in Enterprise Sales with a demonstrated track record of selling high-value software in the Cybersecurity industry

- Cybersecurity skillset and knowledge required you are recognized as a cybersecurity matter expert by peers, customers, and industry leaders

- SaaS sales background preferred

- New business hunter mentality, apply consultative selling principles

- Demonstrate the ability to create and foster senior relationships at all business/technical levels of an Enterprise client from their CEO, VPs, and C-Suite to a SOC analyst

- Consistent track record of navigating sales within enterprise organizations

- Extensive knowledge of enterprise buying policies and sales processes

- Proven complex negotiation and closing skills

- Top-tier communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
