Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth. Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of four teams: People, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.Role
- You lead the implementation of payroll in countries where we create a new studio- You ensure the processing of the monthly (externalized) payroll for International entities, in cooperation with local providers, including benefits and taxes to our employees- You participate (handle directly or as a second eye) the monthly payroll for French entities- You are the point of contact for all employees requests- You participate in the strengthening of our HR Operations, understanding what matters to our People, and ensure our function is high-performingProfile
- You have at least 5 years of experience handling (internalized and externalized) payroll in France and abroad, and driving implementation of payrolls. - You are familiar with fast-paced environments - You are a team-player - You are a problem-solver: you go beyond identifying challenges and focus on how to address them- You have great communication skills across languages and cultures with an ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders- You are fluent in French and English
