Be Amadeus Summary of the activities You will gain a first experience in Human Resources Management according to your studies and skills. You will join a multicultural English-speaking team. During this experience You will contribute to: Recruit top talents (experienced, new grads, interns, apprentices) by supporting operational/administrative daily activities (needs analysis, sourcing, screening, etc.), organizing and/or participating in job fairs and strategic talent attraction & acquisition projects, Develop and maintain the training curriculum and training catalogue by analyzing and updating them, support talent management and development initiatives by focusing on employee's performance and development plan thanks to recurrent reports, needs analysis, action plan definition, benchmark and presentation, Manage a portfolio of international assignees to/from Nice, including the analysis of social security of the files, the management of the mobility procedure regarding immigration, the compliancy regarding taxes, meeting with employees (outbound, inbound, repatriation), Perform cost calculation and work on policies regarding compensation & benefits topics: international mobility, salary offers, equity plans, etc. The ideal candidate Is pursuing Bachelor/Master's degree studies via an apprenticeship program in Human Resources Management, Business or Law, Has a proficiency level in English (oral and written), Has already heard about or worked with SharePoint or other collaborative platforms, Has already heard about or worked with SAP or SuccessFactors, Has a good knowledge of Excel to perform data analysis, Is known for her/his dynamism and confidentiality awareness, Has interpersonal and communication skills allowing her/him to evolve in a multicultural team.
