The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile industry. The Engineering & Data team plays a key role in Voodoo's long-term strategy. It enables Voodoo to both accelerate product diversification and provide a state of the art growth-engine to distribute and scale our games. They create innovative solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple searching to complex machine learning systems.
Role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Voodoo, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.You will be in charge of implementing new and more innovative ways of catching bugs before they hit our stakeholders (tools implementation, process automation, etc).Profile
- Be able to understand the software internals, debug issues, and write automated tests with scripting and automation tools- Be autonomous, capable of taking up tasks from start to end with minimal assistance- Solid and proven experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development - Strategies, and others. Experience with Cypress or TestCafe automation tools is a plus- Solid and proven experience of API testing- Experience with testing web applications- A strong communicator capable of coordinating information across multiple teams, technical and non-technical (Marketing team, SDK team...)- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes- Fluent English (speaking and writing)
