Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of four teams: People, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.Role
- Orders snacks, coffee, basic furnitures- Deals with suppliers (landlord, plants feeding, cleaning, local laws ..)- Manage the facilities, the organization of the cleaning agents, the security and general maintenance, mail, office supplies, equipment, etc.- Be the support for all kind of employees demands ( desk & chair order, birth gifts etc...)- Follows the mails, bills, deliveries- Organizes from A to Z all the events dedicated to Paris Team- Gives support on the local events- Gives support on the organization of global events like Seminar, afterworks...- Be the point of contact for any maintenance issue (to deal with Vinci)- Coordinating domestic and international travel (for studios/ new joiners), including flight and hotel reservations- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. - Keep all the info regarding the building up to date + all safety measures- Support HR team in the onboarding/ offboarding process (card access to the building, improvement of the process)- Update the space planning with the teams and coordonate the move with IT serviceProfile
- Fluent in English- Good organization skills- Experience with MS Office Pack- Energetic, proactive, and Autonomous- Has a resourceful and problem solving mindset - Good listening and communication skillsDuration: ASAP until March 2023.
