Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. Our Growth team is split into several job expertises such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.Role
- Have a good understanding of the mobile gaming market (and in particular hyper casual market)- Create performing ads on mobile format- Benchmark ads from competitors- Bring new ad ideas and canvas- Collect and track information around each creative produced- Analyze creative performances on acquisition channels (Facebook, Google Adwords...)
Profile
- Excellent skills in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop - Creative and you have a hacker mindset- Strong marketing skills- Speak and write fluently French and English- 2 to 3 years within the industry in this role or similar- Good knowledge of hyper casual and casual games- Knowledge of 3D softwareBenefits: competitive salary, lunch vouchers, healthcare, child day care, wellness activities, unlimited vacation policy, remote days.
