Team
Our Strategy & Operations team is a small and top-performing team. We work on high priority projects across the organization, such as identifying new business opportunities, leading teams, and fixing operational and performance issues. In this team, you will lead complex initiatives to ensure we achieve our goals. All team members enjoy great autonomy in identifying problems, carrying out analysis, designing solutions and implementing them, whilst collaborating with teams across Voodoo organization. Role
- Define target integration model for recently acquired companies- Lead integration process while coordinating various stakeholders - Define milestones & monitor the progress of the integration- Identify and assess potential synergies and risks- Manage operational projects to ensure value creation- Develop best practices & tools for future integrations- Report directly to the CEOProfile
- At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, with strong exposure to Operations (preferably PMI projects) - Excellent interpersonal skills; able to adapt communication style to interact effectively with a wide range of counterparts across cultures and seniority- Outstanding organisational skills- Ability to prioritize and to remain composed in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with the technology and internet sectors; passionate about gaming - Enthusiastic, proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented- Fluent in French and EnglishBenefits: competitive salary, lunch vouchers, healthcare, child day care, wellness activities, unlimited vacation policy, remote days.
