Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of four teams: People, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.
Our Talent Acquisition team seats directly under the CEO and the Chief of Staff. The main focus of the team is to understand how the business strategy will impact our hiring plan, and provide support to find and attract our new talents.  Role As the Head of Talent Acquisition, your role will be to drive global hiring operations with a systemic approach. You will manage and structure the team composed of Talent Acquisition Managers and the Brand Employer Manager (20 people), all of whom will work to continuously improve our attractiveness and recruitment process. Acting as a thought partner and influencer, you will translate global recruiting strategies into actionable plans: Profile
- At least 5 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or 3 years as a sales team leader- 5 years of experience in a top tier consulting firm (Mc Kinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) is a plus - Previous experience building and managing high-performance team- Deep strategic and systemic thinking- Proven ability to leverage data to understand and solve problems - Organizational and leadership abilities- Curious about the tech industry- Low ego, humble, no political behavior- Fluency in English
