Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and a global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organizational efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of four teams: People, Legal, M&A, and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.
Role
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to drive our C&B strategy across the globe:Profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position- Strong quantitative and analytics skills, agility with excel and pivot tables- Ambition to disrupt the status quo and innovate- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations - Full proficiency in English and FrenchBenefits: competitive salary, lunch vouchers, healthcare, child day care, wellness activities, unlimited vacation policy, remote days.
