Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of four teams: People, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.
Our Talent Acquisition team seats directly under the CEO and the Chief of Staff. The main focus of the team is to understand how the business strategy will impact our hiring plan, and provide support to find and attract our new talents.
Role
You will be working on fun and highly scalable mobile games, played by millions of people. You will be part of a small and high-performing team and will have the opportunity to grow your skills by hiring A-Players all around the world. Role
- Define a recruitment strategy in collaboration with hiring managers - Create and maintain strong relationships with the business in order to clearly understand the company strategy & anticipate recruitment needs- Set up and manage from A to Z recruitment processes - Be the point of contact for your scope and advise hiring managers on recruitment- Find creative ways to attract candidates and work with the Employer Brand ManagerProfile
