The EZMove team is responsible of integrating, maintaining and developing low level controllers on our platforms. The team is growing and a new open position is available.

Integrated to a multi-competencies development and integration team, you will directly contribute to the success of the company by owning and managing the roadmap of our \"Low level\" Platform Automation sub-system and enjoy seeing our products run at client's site, long before your retirement.

Your responsibilities

As part of the EZMove team, you will contribute to development and improvement of the Platform Automation sub systems.

Propose and run long term roadmap of Platform Automation (including the Drive by Wire features) product inside the company autonomous stack in line with the company strategy, marketing vision and technologies state of the art

Organize dedicated workshops to align stakeholders on roadmap definition (ie: story mapping, backlog grooming, event storming)

Run the product backlog (including)
. Refine Users stories (description, needs, acceptance criteria)
. Prioritize the backlog maximizing business value and ROI
. Lead workload estimation ceremonies with the team
. Define sprint goals and align team on achieving these goals
. Validate User Stories
. Highlight and manage functional dependencies with other teams
. Organize sprint reviews and product demonstration

Support
. Qualify new demands from stakeholders
. Get feedbacks of product performances on the field
. Write release note and ensure production of functional documentation
