Position details
- Permanent full-time contract (CDI temps plein). Starting as soon as possible, depending on your availability.
- Location : Toulouse

The Safety Critical Embedded System team is growing and a new open position is available.

Integrated to a small Agile team, you will directly contribute to the success of the company by increasing the safety of our system and enjoy seeing our products run at client's site, long before your retirement ??.

As part of the Safety Critical Embedded Systems team, you will contribute to the Test, Validation and Safety activities, as well as the product Functional Safety Certification.

Your responsibilities:

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product owners) to define the verification strategy of the system, HW and SW requirements
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize and plan Verification and testing activities
Consolidate the Product Safety Case with requirements traceability and compliance demonstration
Develop and apply quality and verification processes
Track quality assurance metrics
Participate in SW tooling qualification
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

We are looking for:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Fluent in English

Technical :
- Proven work experience in software development project
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive V&V Documentation
- Hands-on experience with both white box, grey box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools

Desirable:
- Experience with Functional Safety Standard compliance demonstration (ISO26262, CEI61508, ISO13849, DOs, etc.):
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience in autonomous vehicle technologies, especially on the safety side of the autonomy
- Experience in Automotive and/or Aerospace industry
- Experience with performance (SOTIF) and/or security testing is a plus
