Head of Technology Delivery - En client final réputé - Projet de transformation - Grand Groupe, Lille - CDI, 130-180k¤     The France Head of Technology Delivery owns the technology delivery of centrally delivered programmes and projects for the French markets. This individual resources and sources the skills and capabilities required for the various projects and programmes and into the digital team where required. They will also agree with the France IT Director which projects will be owned within the Group Technology team, which will be owned locally and where resources will be federated into the Banners. Owns the complete view of delivery from a technology perspective and ensures delivery to time, cost, quality and actively manages technical interdependencies, issues and risks. This individual will have strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and within a matrix environment. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :   - Owns technology delivery for all centrally delivered technology programmes and projects - Resources and sources the skills and capabilities into local banner technology teams for locally delivered projects and into Group Digital for Product Led continuous improvement - Owns the complete view of delivery from technology into each banner / function - Ensures delivery to time, cost, quality and actively manages technical interdependencies, issues and risks - Provides a single point of contact for the France IT Director for all technology change into the banners - Provides a single point of contact for Group Technology inflight change prioritisation and escalations - Ensures clarity of delivery accountability for all technology change initiatives within Group Technology, local Technology and Group Digital teams - France Head of Technology Delivery may also lead a group initiative where the single first banner has been identified within France and will be accountable for ensuring group alignment (for example - Group Carrier Management Solution) - France Head of Technology Delivery may also lead handover to Group Digital Product Model led continuous improvement
