Senior business analyst H/F

Our client is looking for a Senior business analyst. This position, integrated in IT department, will report to the Head of Business Analyst and Client Implementation and will be located in our Head office in Luxembourg. He is responsible for functionally develop our information systems and digitized services provided to our clients in accordance with their needs. In particular, he will be fully in charge of implementing solutions for at least one product line. Role / Responsibilities : - Business expert for the framing and definition of solutions : o Analysis, understanding and synthesis of needs o Mapping of processes, organisations and tools related to the project o Creation of functional solutions that meet needs by integrating the dimension of business risks and the investments to be made o Costing of solutions with the help of the business and IT teams according to our internal methods based on specifications - Coordinator during the design phase : o Coaching / Supervision of the IT teams in order to meet deadlines o Organisation, coordination and delegation of revenues on delivered developments o Training and documentation on the solutions delivered

Requirements :
- Graduated with a master degree (engineering, Business school, university)
- French and English written and spoken proficiency - At least 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
- At least one real experience in the fund industry (Custodian Bank, Transfer Agent, etc.) with a strong operational background on RTO, Fund Execution, Oversight (DDDQ, KYC/AML) and Fund data
- Knowledge of product-based development and Agile project management methods.
- Able to work with monitoring tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Able to communicate at all levels with internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Great verbal and written communication skills
