IT Project manager (F/M)

You will:Undertake the full responsibility of a project or a projects portfolio; organize around problem/opportunity, plan and remediate troubled projects, and ensure new initiatives are planned, launched and executed correctlyCooperate with business users directly, assess current processes and systems and plan solutions that will allow users to do their work in a simpler and faster wayWork on IT Governance related matters, ensuring accurate projects portfolio monitoring, financial data management and cultivating good relationships with suppliers and partnersProject & task Managemento Define project scope and deliverableso Coordinate the collection of detailed, to-the-point business requirementso Perform a cost-benefit analysis for facilitating implementation decisionso Identify all project stakeholders and draft a project organization charto Define required budget, including all required human and technical resourceso Ensure compatibility and consistency with existing architectural and enterprise standardso Plan the execution of the project in a pragmatic and efficient wayo Manage the risks and identify mitigation actionso Monitor that deliverables are being completed within the agreed timeframeso Schedule regular monitoring meetings, document meeting minuteso Prepare status reports, status summaries and dashboards for presentation to the steering committeeo Follow Project Management best practices, provide support and coaching to team memberso Assure that past regulatory compliance is not breached through new implementationsIT Governanceo Contribute in the definition of the Bank's IT strategyo Define the annual IT Master Plan in cooperation with Business, incorporating any guidelines provided by IT's and Bank's Managemento Participate to regular IT Mater Plan reviewso Ensure compliancy with Group Standards (Strategy, guidelines, procedures , policies, ...) and with the laws and regulatory requirementso Define and follows the procedures & methodology (Operating, development, support, etc.)o Define roles and responsibilities, measure and report, and take actions to resolve any identified issuesFinancial Managemento Manage spending (investments & expenses) in cooperation with the Accounting Departmento Define and review regularly the investments budget (e.g. projects, hardware, software)o Define and review regularly the operating expenses budget (e.g. data lines, software maintenance) Supplier Managemento Manage contractors / outsourcers for specific projects or taskso Apply procurement process for any purchases and supplier selectiono Manage IT contractso Receive and validate IT related invoices Skills o Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)o Good knowledge of banking products, systems and workflowso Proven leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolutiono Ability to work with intra-departmental teams with alternate experience and expertiseo Ability to foster collaboration and best practice exchange across projectso Strong presentation skills (i.e. MS Power Point)o Experience with task management and wiki-based documentation toolso Experience in building complex reports based on KPIso Experience using spreadsheet tools (i.e. MS Excel)o Ability to document complex topics concisely and comprehensibleo Excellent organizational and time management skillso Excellent communication and interpersonal skillso Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)Experience o University bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Economics or similar/relevant areao At least 10 years of experience in Project Managemento At least 5 years of experience in Banking environments
