The candidate will join Effilab to manage the technical team and integrate Solocal company, developing the best AdTech technologies to address local communication and drive to store.

Your responsibilities:
? Lead engineering teams (~15 developers) to ship high quality software by a set deadline.
? Set a technical direction with your team.
? Push innovation in order to design the best technologies for hyper local advertising
? Leverage the opportunity artificial intelligence for real time artificial decision systems
? Work closely with our product and development teams in France.
? Be a problem solver for your team, removing obstacles and anticipating potential issues. to make the life of your developers easier.
? Contribute to your team's work, to keep up with the code and all the hidden details.
? Apply the best practices on developing, documenting, testing, deploying, and monitoring of our software.
? Be involved in recruiting the best engineers.
? Support the engineers in their career goals.
Your profile:
? 5+ years of managing technical teams using agile
? You have already worked on a large-scale cross-team project.
? You like to animate agile/scrum teams, with on site and remote developpers.
? You are pragmatic with strong organizational skills.
? You have deep knowledge of some web frameworks.
? Experience with Ruby & Rails, Python, familiarity with Cloud Technologies, experienced in JS frameworks. Java is a plus.
? We believe that great engineers can learn quickly our tools (or make us adopt better practices).
? Curious, passionate and willing to learn and share.
? You can communicate fluently in English and French, both spoken and written.
