You will report to Areas France CFO and functionnaly to to Areas WW CIO.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Constantly, assess processes, systems and infrastructures in order to improve efficiency, optimize cost and reduce risk
- Bring the right quality services that adds value to our internal and external customers
- Promote a spirit of continuously improvement, defining, proposing and building the innovative solutions and technology to propel our customers to future business value
- Coordinate external and internal resources to support the initiatives launch by Areas France in relation to active selling, staffing and labor costs optimization, digitalization of the back-office processes?
- Communicate, think together, think different and challenge the status quo:
o Working together with all departments in Areas France
o Process & Systems Corporate Department: define together, align & execute best systems strategies (local or corporate)
o Systems & Technology Services Management Corporate Department: work together to define best flows and ITIL methodology to build a WOW customer service, based on French service desk and corporate resources
o Infrastructure Corporate Department: align infrastructure strategies to provide the best technologies with the lowest possible cost and risk, locally or integrated in corporate infrastructures, vendors and agreements
- Be recognized by the Organization as a reference in obtaining the best business processes, using the right and adequate technology
- Local vendor management trying to improve corporate prices, service & quality agreements
- Identify & align to local compliance and guidelines
- Define a local IT plan align to corporate IT plan
- Organize and deploy corporate and local projects (budget & due dates management)
- Define, execute and management OPEX & CAPEX budget

Niveau d'études souhaité : Bac + 5
Expérience souhaitée : 5 - 7 ans
