Role :
- Ensuring technical support related to the new tools (including process definition)
- Reviewing documentation provided by developers in Vietnam
- Upgrade tools in parallel of CRITEO new features development
- Update tools (ergonomy, wording) on User request (feature request process)
- Defining and operating testing & validation strategy
- Fixing "blocking" bugs in the tools, preventing the local teams to do their job
- Ensuring technical support related to the new tools (including process definition)

Profil recherché
To do this role effectively, you will need:
- Degree in computer science or technology related degree
- Abilities of troubleshooting and diagnostic
- Ability of reviewing and debugging code in the following software languages C# (For web services only)
- Front End Expertise (Web interface) including Javascript
- Back End expertise (Web services)
- You are fluent in English
- Experience in Unit Test and Selenium Test is a plus
- Experience with Hadoop and SQL (For DB requests) is a plus
