IT Manager w/m

Your responsibilities will be the following:
* manage international IT User service and Hotline teams in Europe,
* deploy new IT systems and services,
* monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels and build recommendations to improve the IT infrastructure (especially for the user Workspace),
* contribute to define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture and processes,
* analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs,
* assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software,
* troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.

Niveau d'études souhaité : Bac + 5
Expérience souhaitée : 5 - 7 ans

For this position, we are looking for the following profile:
 
* Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, information science or similar field,
* minimum 5 years of experience, in an international environment, managing a support team and setting up tools and processes to improve the management and quality of employees' daily work,
* team management and strong leadership,
* project management with internal and / or external teams,
* complex problem solving ability,
* strong customer orientation.

 
The following technical skills are necessary: Service Desk tools, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Anti-virus, VPN components, Computer provisioning, Cloud technologies, Mobile Device Management tools.

We would appreciate an experience in development.
English, French and German are needed for this position, 2 of them must be fluent.
