Menway Hérault Support Services, which specialises in the recruitment of qualified professionals, is currently searching for a Technical Manager, male or female, for an open-ended contract with an innovative start-up actively involved in favour of the environment.
You'll be supervising a team of 6 people, and be in charge of the following missions:
- Managing design department activities, and helping to devise the company's systems and solutions
- Monitoring the costs and management of the installation (and planning) activity, as well as the company's operating and maintenance activities (subcontractors and maintenance teams)
- Ensuring that contract and quality requirements are met
- Carrying out, monitoring and updating activity-related procedures (quality procedures).
- Consulting, selecting and managing various provider interventions (installation and maintenance)
- Reporting any malfunctions regarding the activity, and proactively implementing corrective measures.
- Monitoring procurements: consumables, provider interventions, inventory tracking?
- Conducting a market technology watch by analysing customer requirements to find and bring about innovative solutions to optimise contracts.
- Ensuring that safety, quality rules and environmental standards are properly observed, and monitoring the activity's finances with management.
- Keeping track of authorisations, and suggesting suitable staff training

Profil recherché
Niveau d'études souhaité : Bac + 5
Expérience souhaitée : 5 - 7 ans
You have trained as a general engineer, or have equivalent training, have majored in electronics and management, and have at least 5 years' experience in a context that includes both technical know-how and project management. You are bilingual (French and English), are specialised in electronics, and have prior experience in computer technology and mechanical engineering. You are independent and dynamic, and able to make quick decisions.
This position includes regular trips abroad, and involves working at height (training is included for this position). You'll need to be creative, and demonstrate strong technical experience to provide a wide range of cutting-edge solutions.
