The Developer Sitecore m/w will have as main mission to achieve and carry out software developpment, integration, parameterisation, evolution and migration of CMS solution software (Sitecore) to support the business strategy and the roadmap of the Digital Factory, in particular around creation, development and launch of offers and services based on smart and connected solutions & products (IoT) for residential home (Smart Home) and office (Smart Building).
Your Missions :
* Perform and achieve all the related software development and/or integration and settings projects (Sitecore)
* Software developpement according to the User Stories submitted to the Scrum team
* Participation to all related software development cycle steps
* Implements the requirements issued by business owner (marketing), product owners, technical project managers/integration project leader in the agreed costs and delays
* Follows the defined architecture direction and the data model defined
* Guarantees the correct integration and parameterization
* Responsible to write technical low level design specifications
* Follow best practices and developpement guidelines given by the Technical Domain Lead
* Prepares software development and/or configuration scripts
* Responsible for benchmarking, performance measurement, and root-cause analysis
* Determines re-use opportunities to more fully leverage existing capabilities

Profil recherché
Niveau d'études souhaité : Bac + 5
Expérience souhaitée : 3 - 4 ans
Your Profile :
* Minimum Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or similar field
* Minimum 3/5 experience working as a technical lead in digital area and specificaly on Sitecore
* Knowledge of Agile / Lean methodologies (Scrum / XP / Kanban) is a plus
* You have one or more significant experiences on Sitecore Experience Platform v8.2 or v9 CMS solution (MANDATORY)
* You are certified Sitecore v9 (Sitecore Experience Solution Developer Course (Sitecore v.8.2) ou (Sitecore v.9.0))
* Good knowledge of best practices in software development lifecycle (ALM, Git, CI/CD) and Agile Scrum methodology
* You have one or more significant experiences of one of the following CMS / e-Commerce solutions: Magento, Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, Prestashop, DemandWare / SFDC, Sitecore, ...
* Experience producing software development scope / specification documentation
You have a good technical understanding of IT technologies and digital nodes (CIAM, Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS, e-commerce solution)
