Within the Operation division of the Digital Factory, the Digital, IOT support engineer is responsible for the smooth running of digital and connected solutions & systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them
Missions:
* Troubleshooting systems, digital and IOT issues and diagnosing and solving sofftware faults
* Provides support to internal users for diagnosing problems
* Providing support to test team, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
* Providing support to the integrations teams by sharing your knowledge of the solutions in run phase
* Supporting the roll-out of new applications
* Develop the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles
* Ensure End to End follow up from diagnosis to put in production
Missions:

Niveau d'études souhaité : Bac + 3
Expérience souhaitée : 2 - 3 ans

You hold a Bachelor?s degree in IT engineer.
You have 3 years of experience in agile environment.
You understand of the software development life cycle as well as the business approach for the product.
You speak and write English fluently.
* Programming langages such as JAVA, C++, .NET
* Technologies: PHP5, HTML, JAVA-SCRIPT, CSS, SQL, ORACLE, XML, JEE.
* Database: SQL, ORACLE, MYSQL,
* Software and tools: SELENIUM WEBDRIVER SELENIUM I/O, JMETER SOAP UI, JMETER, GIT, VSTS, KASPER JS, JENKINS
To succeed in your missions you are recognised for your leadership competencies, sense of customers and your ability to maintain deadlines.
We are looking for strong analytical, synthesis skills and you're dynamic temperament.
