The VIE will work in a multifunctional team and on different areas such as :
Pricing Methodology & strategy Understand logic for cost estimation, including the grinding time as the most important factor Offer, update and maintain the pricing model Analysis of the offer activity using the Pricing Tool Roll out the pricing methodology within EMEA / to additional product families Link the pricing model with relevant tools already in use Help to define the pricing strategy Balance the pricing strategy with decisions on alternative sources (UNI) – separate sourcing project
Development of the application tool Further development of the application tool including database : including review and finalizing specifications, change to a proper system with support from IT, train employees and implement Application Tool.

Good level of English required, good level of German is an asset Engineering or Business Master degree or equivalent from Business School or University Strong knowledge of Excel, Analytical skills Open-minded, communicative, highly adaptable, with team spirit12 months VIE – Located at Norderstedt in Germany
