Senior Software Engineer (Java, Cloud & Platform Engineering) | Remote France H/F

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based backend services
Design scalable cloud-native applications and APIs
Build GraphQL and REST services
Contribute to cloud platform orchestration and automation
Work with AWS and multi-cloud environments
Improve platform scalability, performance, security, and observability
Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Support teams
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents
Contribute to engineering excellence and code quality initiatives

Required Skills

8+ years of software engineering experience
Expert-level Java development experience
Strong backend engineering background
Experience developing production-grade distributed systems
Cloud platform experience (AWS, OVH, Azure, or GCP)
Docker and containerization expertise
CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance
Strong DevOps practices
JavaScript and TypeScript knowledge
Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks
Fluent English (spoken and written)
