Contexte de la mission
The person will join an existing team and work on advanced active directory and iam topics (AD Hardening, AD AUdit PLus, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Passwordless)
Work with the team to enhance Rexel security posture and be a team player.
No specific delivery expected
Responsibilities Active Directory
• Strong understanding of AD Attributes, LDAP Queries, and PowerShell Scripting to Modify AD Attributes
• Deep knowledge in configuring and implementing security policy for Active Directory
• Very good understanding Group Policy: GPO Analysis, GPO Configuration & Group Policy Preference, Servers and Workstation Configurations
• Deep knowledge with Azure AD and Conditional Access technologies.
• Knowing ADAudit Plus is a big plus.
• Very good understanding of Active Directory protection, hardening and tiering.
• Understanding of native permissions granted when building AD objects and via GPOs and/or Local Policies.
• In-depth knowledge of permissions granted natively to various Microsoft Built-In Groups for AD administrative functions. • Working knowledge of AD Sites, Replication Topology, AD Trust Relationships
• Troubleshooting Active directory issue: replications, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI...
• Auditing change in Active Directory environment with monitoring Tools
• Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations.
Qualifications
• A relevant degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Certifications: Consider certifications such as MCSE, MCSA or any other certifications
• Familiarity with Active directory roles and features, security compliance, configuring, Windows operating systems, Active Directory Auditing
• Good knowledge and understanding of Active Directory PowerShell scripting
• Optional Skills: Office 365
• This might revolve around managing and optimizing the suite of cloud-based productivity tools provided by Microsoft.
• Handling of tasks related to Office 365 implementation (SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate,...) • Security and Governance: Collaborate to ensure operational security, data governance, and compliance.
