Team and context

The Code Health Team (CHT) oversees the definition and the implementation of the strategy, and the coding principles, for the Murex codebase.

The team's activity includes the definition of the principles that must be respected by the Murex codebase, the analysis of the Murex codebase, the enforcement of these principles in the codebase and their communication to Murex developers. The team relies on standard tools available on the market and builds its own tooling.

Your missions/What you'll do ?

The MX.3 platform is built out of a Java codebase, spread into several thousands of Java projects. Java projects depend on each other as well as on Open-Source libraries based on architectural needs. This represents a huge and complex graph that can be difficult for developers and architects to apprehend.

The objective of the internship is to build an online reporting site that enables developers and architects to visualize, identify and explain the dependencies of each Java project.

This report will help development teams to collaborate with each other and enhance code architecture.
