We are seeking a talented Salesforce Development Engineer to join our team located in Sophia Antipolis, France. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in Salesforce development and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. We are looking for a proactive team player who can collaborate across departments to deliver seamlessly integrated Salesforce solutions.
Role Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and supporting a key application based on the Salesforce platform. Your work will focus on ensuring smooth integration with other systems and implementing new features to enhance functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development: Design and develop Salesforce-based solutions that align with business needs and enhance platform capabilities ;
Integration: Ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and other systems through API integration ;
Customization: Use tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to tailor Salesforce applications to specific requirements ;
Platform Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, updates, and issue resolution to ensure system reliability and efficiency ;
Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, provide technical insights, and create effective Salesforce solutions ;
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions and configurations.

Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development ;
Bachelor's degree or SF Admin/Platform Developer I certification required ;
Strong expertise in Salesforce platform best practices, security model, and coding standards ;
Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura/LWC components.
Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ;
Prior experience working in a SAFe or Scrum environment ;
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including SCRUM/SAFe, is preferred ;
Fluent in English language.
