Technical Artist (3D software)

As a Technical Artist and led by your lead, you will:

-Develop and build a portfolio of loyal customers by taking part in business tours working in pair with a Sales representative. While on-site, you’ll bring your technical expertise by providing technical presentations and proposing solutions to fit customer needs. These trips are worldwide and on a regular basis.
-Depending on needs, you’ll provide technical presentations of the software at seminars, user groups, workshops, roadshows, and client sites.
-You will ensure clients’ training and actively participate to the growth of our software adoption within the industry.
-You will also take part in improving our software by helping our engineering teams develop features and solve creative problems based on your experience and feedback. You will bring support to customers and benchmark regularly our software to report its performance evolutions to the engineering team.


-You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to create and improve training contents, product demo, marketing images, video tutorials and/or animations. Create white papers and technical presentations to support sales and software implementation efforts.

Skills and Abilities :

Perfect knowledge of high end 3D graphics software such as Maya, Max, Houdini...
Ability to proactively stay up to date with 3D technology trends
Experience in a fast-paced production environment
Excellent understanding of VFX/Animation pipelines and workflows
Bilingual in English.
Excellent communication skills and ability to listen
Ability to convince, reassure and build strong relationship with customers based on trust
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to speak out in public
Knowledge of Python Scripting
Knowledge of Clarisse is a strong plus


Professional experience in 3D computer graphics confirmed

Specialized training (graphic industries, advertising design school)
Artistic Training (School of Fine Arts, Decorative Arts, ...)
Bac +2 (BTS visual expression, visual communication, multimedia)
Bac +3 in the field of communication
