Software architect (H/F)

ManoMano is growing very fast and faces new challenges : traffic and database growth, allowing more developers to work on the system (80 planned in IT for 2018) and the wish to develop many new features. You’ll be part of a dedicated core/architecture team.

Your missions will be both challenging and fascinating :

Audit performance, security and reliability of current systems
Analyse issues and optimization points of technical architecture
Define technical roadmap with architects and core developers
Define and hold technical projects
Enable growth in terms of site traffic but also in terms of number of technical contributors
Enable platform evolutivity in order to answer business needs
Coordinate strategy with business teams and other technical teams (devops, data science, ...)

Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent
6+ year experience in web
Good knowledge of ops technologies
An understanding of the stakes of the company (paid and organic acquisition, BI, CRM, customer care …)
Skills to explain complicated systems to non technical-teams
Like to communicate, curiosity
Initiative
Knowledge of most technologies of our stack (PHP/Symfony, Linux, MariaDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, React, ...)
