Poste à pourvoir
• Lead and develop the Front Development team in Paris (4 engineers)
• Drive technical roadmap for product front in collaboration with Platform technical leaders. Contribute to the overall Platform technology roadmap definition and evolution.
• Drive definition of relevant feature and technical backlog in collaboration with the product owners and technical leads in Paris and Bangalore.
• Coordinate development efforts towards smooth and high-quality deliveries. Coach and support junior developers, conduct code reviews, manage pull requests.
• Put in place world-class collaboration and practices for area of responsibility (Design Thinking, Pull Request, CI/CD Beta testing, progressive release introduction) optimized to our customers and business environment (B2B, large enterprise and demanding customer base)
• Support portal and internal applications in production

Profil recherché
• Solid full stack development experience in relevant technologies (JS, nodeJS)
• Managing and collaborating in high tech, fast moving environment
