Web Developer RoR

The chosen candidate will be joining a team of web and analyst programmers developing and maintaining an e-commerce website. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in web application development, including data modelling and programming in HTML and excellent knowledge in MVC frameworks. A professional experience in a web agency is a plus.


Regarding the nature of the activity, the chosen candidate must have a good level of technical English. Knowledge of the Web in general, be willing to produce quality work, all this in a modular and reusable faith while focused on business thinking.

Responsibilities

Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content.
Work with cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms.
Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish.

Qualifications

Master degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
Minimum 3 years experience in web development. Agency experience a plus.
Excellent knowledge of the Ruby on Rails, Django or Laravel frameworks.
Excellent MySQL knowledge and data modelling.
Git and Linux experience.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Full time position based in Barcelona.
