IT Unit Manager

Within our IT department, your main duties will be:

* Manage the technical team to achieve targets and deliver projects

* Manage your IT division (3-5 developers)

* Analyze functional specifications and estimate workload together with your team

* Work together with our experts to identify the best technical solutions

* Run code review

* Carry out technical testing before VAT testing from client or internal stakeholders

* Release to production and post-production monitoring

* Participate in IT process evolution

* Ensure an optimal and transversal communication between project’s stakeholders

* Contribute actively in IT reportings and projects for your management


Technical environment (not mandatory):

* PHP7 including frameworks as Symfony 3 and 4, Phalcon, Zend

* Other technologies : Redis, Memcache, Varnish, Node.js

* Versionning : Git

* SQL language and MySQL

* System administration and servers

* Agile methodologies

Required skills:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT, with a first experience in team management.

* Leadership

* Strong interpersonal communication skills

* Team player

* Rigorous and well organized

* Important autonomy level and reliability.

* Knowledge in project management tools

* Ability to work in an Agile environment

* Good English level
